HOW TO WORK WITH US
Only FCA-regulated advisers are able to use our packaging service. If you are not FCA authorised, you are able to introduce customers to us through our Introducer Service.
Our specialist placement team will help you to find the right solution for your customer from the range of lenders that we package for.
We charge a £249 fee for our services (£300 for second charge loans), but only at the point your client is ready to proceed with a full mortgage application.
We will fully process the application right the way through to completion while you retain the client advice. We do not contact your customer. Your share of the commission will be paid to you upon receipt of payment from the lender following completion of the mortgage.
